I’m already dealing with this at work, probably 1/3 of the people I interact with are through gen ai agents or at least people slapping gen ai content into emails or DMs. Whenever I get them I usually tell them “let’s unpack this face to face next time we meet”, but that’s not going to be an option for a lot of people and I can easily see it causing communication breakdowns, especially when something involves critical thought rather than just streamlined regurgitation of info
