Aww I love this for you!!! I started January 2025 In Pharmacy as a tech. December 2025 I was promoted to Pharmacy Operations Team Lead. I Moved July 2026 so I stepped down to meat/produce. Due to a bad breakup I just recently moved again September 16th was placed in digital as a personal shopper. And just yesterday was offered the job as a Digital team lead!! Ppl talk bad on Walmart…but I can honestly say this is the best job I have had as far as retail goes. It’s what you make it. I understand the concept of having to work for the things you want in life. So I avoid the drama and when I walk in those doors I’m there to make money to take care of my family. Mind you this my 3rd transfer lol. But hard work really pays off. Keeping doing you beautiful I’m happy for you!!!❤️

Started as a PT Cashier. FE TL 2021 -> People Lead 2022 -> Digital Coach 2023 -> Store Lead 2024 -> Store Manager 2026. Walmart is a great company to work for. I’ve grown so much personally and professionally over the years.

Am I one of the crazy ones who love digital?? Went to digital June 2025, was digital TL by Nov 2025, would’ve been Oct but they gave the first spot that opened to a guy who had been back there for years. He was deserving so I get it. Now on my way to digital coach. Hoping I get it when my coach gets to transfer closer to home.

No tea no shade but I wish every Walmart allowed filming on the clock 😭 my store gives one warning before coaching. I had always thought about it but never wanted to risk losing pay 😞
