What's aburasoba? It's a noodle dish similar to ramen, but instead of broth, all the flavor comes from a special blend of oils and sauces imported from Japan. The noodles are made fresh in-house. Mix everything together for about 20 seconds, then add vinegar and chili oil to taste. My favorite was the Roast Beef Aburasoba 🥩 It's topped with roast beef, crispy onions, and a savory chaliapin sauce, then finished with a yogurt sauce and egg that makes it creamy.
