When I got my iPad Air it had a minor scratch on the back, I went to apple and exchanged it the lady was like “it’s a minor scratch” lmao I said “who’s paying for it me or you?” She looked shook 😂😭

I exchanged my 18 Pro Max for a regular 18 Pro and didn’t have to repurchase they just directly exchanged it, so that’s interesting!

Same thing happened to me 🥹 I got the pro max in burgundy and had to go back to exchange. Such a hassle, and Apple doesn’t let you do exchanges you have to do a full return and repurchase the phone 😒
