Bringing an iced coffee to a job interview isn’t automatically bad. It can make someone seem relaxed and confident, especially if they got it before coming in. But if they’re sipping it throughout the interview, carrying a huge cup around, or it distracts from the conversation, it could come across as a little too casual or unprepared.

It wasn't about the coffee, it was about when you said I don't want know about your personal problems I don't give a dam. I believe empathy for people even when their employees. That's ok everyone has their option.
