There is a church off mopac that sells parking passes for the weekend. Check if they still have some. Itโs a shorter walk and easy to get out of.

omg these people are not giving budget hacks, depending where u live/or someone in your friend group- take the bus or walk as close as you can to republic square downtown & the free festival shuttle meets there & drops off after the festivalโ

Cap metro all day! And the people saying the shuttle leaving is terrible are also walking over a mile to their cars after walking in the heat all day. Standing in a line for a shuttle for a bit is much preferred. The longest Iโve ever waiting to leave the festival on the shuttle is 30 min

Taking the shuttle from downtown is the best getting there but getting back is rough especially if you stay after the headliners perform. Easiest overall would be parking at a nearby garage and walking. Kind of expensive tho depending on where you park. Palmer center parking garage is solid and itโs about a mile walk. There are pedi cabs if you want to pay for one.

The shuttle takes forever on the way back from the festival! I honestly take a Lyft to Austin high school and walk from there

I got there around 8am and had uber drop me off kinda by some school thatโs near the area all i rmbr is no matter what itโll take a min to reach the main fest area i remember like walking on the zilker bridge to the fest that took like 15mins (i believe)to get to my entrance

if you're ubering, get dropped off/picked up by whole foods/book people and walk. if you're driving, park in Clarksville where street parking is allowed and walk. signed -have attended for the last 13 of 14 years and lived in Clarksville for 4 of them ๐ค
