Once I get the slide I automatically upload it to Google notebook, create an AI podcast about the slide, create a mini condensed slide, and create a quiz and flashcards. Then I’ll watch the class slide on my own. Pay attention, take light notes, then upload that into my Google notebook. Got As in AP 1&2 doing this.

Or it’s only 3 bullet points and the prof explaining from memory and if you don’t write down examples you’re screwed

This is true for biology classes. Professors literally mirror on what is on the PowerPoint.

I took an online pathophysiology class and the teacher voiced over powerpoint slides, she was the most knowledgeable professor I’ve ever encountered, she elaborated on bullet points, gave examples, real life applications, she would ask important questions to stimulate critical thinking. I miss her

I’d prefer this over slideshows with only a few bullet points and the professor says all sorts of shit that’s NOT on the slides 😭

The best method is to read ahead and take notes before lecture, then use lecture time to ask questions or fill in any gaps

ACTIVELY WRITE DOWN AS HES TALKING. using a iPad or any technology doesn’t get it into your brain the same way pencil to paper does. Trust guys trust.

At the beginning of the semester, I informed my professor that I struggled significantly with math and needed additional support. I reached out several times for assistance and was referred to tutoring; however, the tutor was unable to help me with the specific material being taught. I later contacted my professor about additional resources or extra-credit opportunities because of my low grade but did not receive a response. Ultimately, I became discouraged and withdrew from the course without taking the final exam.

Don’t read the slides. Listen to what he says ABOUT the slides. That’s what is going to be on the test
