Hahahahahaha. One of my go-to's back in the day was to respond "you came here where you know the phone is more expensive and you're willing to pay that expense because we do everything for you and we are the experts yet that's not good enough for you and you are going to nickel and dime us on the accessories". (Yes I know it was BS but you know we were rated on attachment and I had to throw a Hail Mary. Would be surprised how often it worked.)

This industry will have you in a mental institution. The tug of war between corporate expectations and the customer is not healthy! Every customer that has ever walked in has never said “I want a higher bill”. They want a newer phone for the least amount possible.. They don’t care about “adding value” 🙄
