I also have an allergy kiddo and the trader joe’s gluten free and dairy free pancakes are a god send because breakfast is the hardest IMO

Super helpful! I’m currently breastfeeding my 4month old and recently found out he has a cow milk protein intolerance so I’ve had to change up my own diet so much! You’re a rockstar because eating dairy free alone is a lot!

And I thought a baby with just milk allergy was hard!!!! Good job!!! I will say adding in pumpkin seed butter would be great and an easy way to add in a bunch of different vitamins if you wanted a “pb&j” type of lunch

my mom found out she was allergic to gluten and dairy back in 2012 and my niece was diagnosed with celiac in 2025. it’s wonderful how much allergen safe food has come on the market recently where they can enjoy food more.

This is honestly so hopeful because my one-year-old is also allergic to peanuts and eggs, and he’s starting nursery soon, so that’s like another stressor that I have to prepare for and prepare his meals for, so I’d definitely love to see more of these.
