In my experience a lot of C/O don’t lock down the cuffs good enough so there’s to much space outside of double lock

Can all ready see management is pushing it onto the officer because he didn’t double lock the cuffs! Ask officers that move internal movement how often they actually double lock them!

they dont care. until its one of their own. alot of guards get got. They like being cruel and their abuse never leaves the buildings. Rumor was the warden was a satanist when I was doing time there.
