It genuinely makes me upset that we can’t wear our natural hair out even that young because I’ve had full grown adults yank my hair to feel if it’s real and I’m really glad that she didn’t want to cut it off and found another way to express herself, but I totally understand why she did it because that’s the exact reason I keep my hair and braids or I do a bald braid because I’m so sick and tired of people just coming up to me and touching my hair. I totally understand her.

I can answer the weather question. It's the change in barometric pressure. The change can cause pain in people with joint problems. That's how they know its going to rain.

My joints hurt before the rain because the bad weather brings a change in the barometric pressure. Joints are surrounded by fluid. That fluid is affected by the change in the pressure. Be nice to old folks

I remember when I was four or five yelling at my mom and throwing the comb across the room because I wanted braids so bad! and I wanted the beads on the ends. and my mom came out with a comb and one ponytail holder and when I told her that's not what I want I want all the braids and the beads like those little black girls I see in the mall cuz they're so pretty and she told me that I could not have braids like that and I threw a fit and I was mad at her for weeks.
