Plot twist: I searched all over TEXAS for two months for my next horse… and she was an hour from my house in Indiana the entire time. 😂💗🐴 Last week I got a call about a 4-year-old mare, and when I found out she belonged to Larry Cooper — the SAME man I bought Sally Gorl from — I thought… okay, maybe I need to go see this little redhead. 👀 Then somehow the stars aligned even more because there just happened to be an NCHA show in Cloverdale, Indiana. I got a permit to show her, which meant my little amateur self had to walk straight into the OPEN against the trainers just to try her in the show pen. 😂 Zero expectations. First time ever showing her. We marked a 73, finished 4th AND won a little money. 💀 So obviously… I BOUGHT THE HORSE. 😂🐴💗 Everybody meet SUGAR 🍭 Registered name: Coach Put Me In — and before anyone gets any ideas, we are NOT going sporty Coach. We’re going designer Coach. Luxury goods. Handbags. Horse girl couture. Please respect the rebrand. 😂💅🏼 She’s 4, she’s sweet as can be, she’s SOLID sorrel — which we all know is a slight identity crisis for the president of the Pink Pony Club — and I am already so excited about what’s ahead for us. Limited age events, new adventures, a whole lot of learning and hopefully a whole lot of fun. The sky is the limit, and y’all already know I’m taking you along for every bit of it. 🥹💗 Now we have two VERY important matters to handle: 1. She obviously needs pink extensions. 2. We need to find Sugar a theme song. WELCOME TO THE CHAOS, SUGAR. 🍭🐴💗
