Hi guys, just some notes about Vesna's ER: Under a lot of circumstances her ER requirements are usually too high for her teams so it's usually better to just forego any ER investments and just use her ult every other rotations. However for some teams without a 2nd anemo unit especially without her signature, Vesna might actually still not be able to ult every other rotation so a bit of ER can help with that. However if you do have her signature and plan to run her with a second anemo unit, It's actually possible for her to burst every rotation as long as you invest in some ER. In this case about 120 - 140% ish ER is good for her to burst every rotation
