Does texting an ex really count? I ended up with a good term with my past lover, so things didn't really turn out awkward for both of us. We still talk, but it's just casual now. I personally think that it really depends how deep their relationship with their ex's even after ending it.

I agree with most of the things that you say but not for the photos. They are memories and you can't delete them because it's like deleting a part of your past life. If you don't wanna see that photo again it's your choice and not the bf/gf choice. In a healthy relationship you shouldn't be jealous of the past.
