let’s discuss the constitutionality of qualified immunity. Or the better statement of the unconstitutionality of it!!!!! 1st find ANY immunity granted in the constitution! Hint it’s not there!!!! 2nd. EVERY restriction, limitation, and requirement is on government not the citizens as per the constitution. So as a government employee cops are held to this very restrictions, limitations, and requirements of the constitution! So if a cop is held to those restrictions, limitations, and requirements how can they then have immunity? The answer is you cannot have accountability and immunity in the same sphere! It cannot coexist. 3rd SCOTUS “granted” qualified immunity “ in 1961. SCOTUS has no law making, implementing, interpreting or any other ability than to say something is unconstitutional and send it back to congress if it is! Article I, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution states that "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States." The fact that SCOTUS “granted” qualified immunity means that those justices violated their oaths also! You can say well laws have been written since granting QI and I’ll point back to my 2nd point. Now. Anyone who disagrees please speak up. I’ll just show you exactly how constitutionally illiterate you absolutely are. Any cop that disagrees please speak and I’ll show you EXACTLY why you committed fraud and treason the very moment you finished your oath!
