UK here - I have a standard 25 days per year plus all 8 national holidays. I work from home - and I get any hours outside 9-5 back as time in lieu. So far this has added a further 37 hours to my holidays so an extra week off. Oh - and my work give us a free extra day off at Christmas. Your welcome 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

He's right about Unlimited PTO my husband had it and HR gets flagged if hes out more than 30 days total per year and when he left he had no payout for accrued days. scam tbh

Unlimited PTO can be good if there is seasonality to work. For instance I was at an EY office on an EY contract that used unlimited PTO to meant 2-4 weeks PTO between Thanksgiving and New Years day, the week of the 4th of July off, and about 8 days over the rest of the year. Pretty good overall.

The pizza parties at the Nuclear Power plant were A tier. We were a Union plant with time and a half and double time for overtime hours. Strict government regulations limited allowable work hours. It was a great job.

Our office ping pong table gets used heavily (shift work) whenever we have some free time between tasks. It’s awesome and keeps us active and alert for the next task
