It's fine! It introduces variety. And sometimes they go back for more, make the same face - understandably - but recognize that there is more to the taste than sour; something interesting, novel, and once they get over the shock/surprise, come to enjoy even that hit of sour. How many kids love sour patch kids - and still joyfully make that face?

So fun fact… as a baby I loved lemons, pregnant with my doctor I ate them all the time, gave her a lemon when she was like 10 months old and she loved it 😂
