In my opinion, yes and no without Eteri kamila wouldn't jump quads and wouldn't skate at the level she was at 15 because that is Eteris system. But at the same time yes eteri did get kamila banned for 4 years and also its not a 15 year old kamila is not to blame for the doping

i think it was multipule sides, on ome side why would a coach give her skater something banned on the other hand what if the coqch never actually knew? then there is my other thoery why parents weren't supervising their child and what the child was taking, idk her case is complex and there's so many sides to it we dont really know it all so...
