Cheesy Beef Burger 🍔 For 2 burgers Ingredients: Mozzarella — 60 g Cheddar — 3 slices Corn — 60 g Mayonnaise — 1 tbsp Ketchup — 1 tbsp Honey mustard — 1 tbsp (or 1 tsp mustard + 1 tsp honey) Pickles — 2 Red onion — 2 slices Lettuce — 2 leaves Brioche buns — 2 Ground beef — 160 g Butter Salt, black pepper Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and honey mustard to make the sauce. Cut the brioche buns in half and toast in butter until golden. Lightly sauté the corn in butter, add the cheddar and mozzarella, and stir until the cheese is completely melted. Shape the ground beef into patties and pan-fry, seasoning with salt and pepper during cooking. Sauté the onion slices until golden. Spread the sauce on the bottom buns, add lettuce, sliced pickles, sautéed onion, beef patties and melted cheese with corn. Spread the sauce on the top buns and close the burgers. Hamburguesa de Ternera con Queso Fundido 🍔 Para 2 hamburguesas Ingredientes: Mozzarella — 60 g Cheddar — 3 lonchas Maíz — 60 g Mayonesa — 1 cda Kétchup — 1 cda Mostaza con miel — 1 cda (o 1 cdta de mostaza + 1 cdta de miel) Pepinillos encurtidos — 2 Cebolla morada — 2 rodajas Lechuga — 2 hojas Panecillos brioche — 2 Carne picada de ternera — 160 g Mantequilla Sal, pimienta negra Mezcla la mayonesa, el kétchup y la mostaza con miel para preparar la salsa. Corta los panecillos brioche por la mitad y tuéstalos con mantequilla hasta que estén dorados. Saltea ligeramente el maíz con mantequilla, añade el cheddar y la mozzarella y remueve hasta que el queso se derrita por completo. Forma las hamburguesas con la carne picada y dóralas en una sartén, añadiendo sal y pimienta durante la cocción. Sofríe las rodajas de cebolla hasta que estén doradas. Unta la base de los panes con la salsa, añade la lechuga, los pepinillos cortados en rodajas, la cebolla salteada, la carne y el queso fundido con maíz.
