You’re not being dramatic, I’ve had the same going back to GP multiple times a year since I was 18 for the same symptoms which were because of low Ferritin and I’m now 28 and only know because of my own research and paying for private tests this year. NHS said it was anxiety/vertigo/heart problems and been put on so many unnecessary medications when I could have just been given an infusion 10 years ago🙃 I totally get you. The NHS threshold for ‘low’ is also apparently too low, there’s a doctor on here who talks about it it’s really interesting and helpful x

Ask for ferrous fumarate or glucanate , ferrous sulphate it is awful !! ❤️wishing you luck
