in my experience with my own pc if stuff like that happens (pc stops working but you do nothing and its ok again) the problem is almost always the motherboard

I have exactly the same issue with a320 motherboard and 5 2600 and after a lot of troubleshutting get to the same state ,it do it every 5-6 months I swap with another CPU put main after that and in the end when I get enough I changed CPU and motherboard

I've had that same issue on a friend's pc and I did everything you did except changing the cpu. What fixed it for me though is properly plugging in the power supply cable for the cpu. Probably a power problem to the cpu?

from what I have learned from amd post problems usually just a caching issue usually requires a cpu re-seat when its a cpu and dram post issue

I just built a PC and had red and yellow LEDs. I tried to take the cpu out and in, bending multiple pins in the process. I bent them back myself with a needle. Flashed bios. Start with a single ram. Gave it time, since and takes a while to train memory. It finally worked

probably a bad oc that ruined the silica substrate it's probably been pushed to far that CPU couldn't handle it
