With respect, your analysis is flawed. It's not amaXhosa failing rugby, it's the system failing the Xhosa tribe. Players don't select themselves. They don't pick the 23-man squad or control the pathway from Craven Week to the Springboks. They are waiting for a fair opportunity. You can't blame players for not being picked by a system that isn't picking them.
