Magic eraser rubs the finish off and makes it dull. Speaking from experience and then found out you’re not supposed to do that.

I would love for someone to explain to me how Marble statues, marble flooring, tiles, & stairs and marble obelisk, etc. have remained in the weather and sun for hundreds of years, but are still holding strong but as a countertop marble is too soft?

What about dolomite? I’m about to do my kitchen in fantasy brown leathered and unfortunately dint do the research on dolomite until after the purchase and now I’m learning it stains and etches

I much preferred my granite as far as durability. And you cannot put a hot pan on quartz. My quartz has some slight damage from hot things being put on it. I’d go for granite next time
