If you are in your own private room, you can record the nurses.But you cannot record other patients... But I just got out of the hospital. I was there 12 days after major surgery. There was a few nurses that liked to see me suffer. They would withhold my medicine until the end of the shift I would call for my nurse and the nurse assistant would tell me, good luck with that I would disconnect my vitals. So at the nursing station, I was flatlined, no one even stuck their head in my room to check on me, but there were other nurses that were spectacular and I knew I was safe with, but all in all you cannot trust all of them, people. Some are there for the suffering!
