@eurojewcong: Nazi salutes have no place in football or anywhere in our societies. Footage showing Atlético Madrid supporters performing Nazi salutes while chanting in support of Ceuta is deeply disturbing. There can never be any justification for invoking the symbols and gestures of a regime responsible for the murder of six million Jews and millions of other victims. Football clubs and authorities have a responsibility to confront the use of Nazi symbols and gestures in stadiums and ensure that those responsible are identified and held accountable. Football must never provide a platform for the glorification of Nazism, antisemitism or hatred.
