Did they check the straw for DNA? Probably not because this case I believe was purposely botched not because they were the dumbest cops I’ve ever seen,if they checked the straw would tell you who drank it and ordered it

Someone else could have ordered it using her phone and ate what they ate

I think the plan was to make the evidence give no conclusive answers.

What makes you think the food was consumed? We never see the contents of inside the bag until after the fries are thrown out. The fries are originally on top of the microwave (with fries in it). The picture of the contents on the counter are only the wrappers, the fries are gone. Also the wrapper to the popcorn is in the bag, originally it was on the counter.

Depends on the food content of their stomach in autopsy. I don't recall them mentioning that.

Didn’t X call her dad around midnight and say something about ordering pizza? If so, what hungry again at 4? That door dash delivery is suspect in my opinion.

I heard the comment somewhere about how some items in the house were moved several times proved by just as many pictures showing such items in different locations. Who was moving them and why?!? ie the black bag with keystone light beer, ‘Hunter’s’ knife, the tv, pong table, DoorDash food bag…

Soda also looks untouched also notice the straws not in it suggesting it was just placed in there surprised they didn’t take prints or dna off of it
