I was in Anambra when he was the governor, he failed woefully.we had to run to Asaba to live due to Security concerns. anarchy and chaos everywhere. I dare not stay at Upper Iweka from 7pm. by 7pm , the whole town in Onitsha will be a ghost town. Nothing Monumental there during his tenure. a total failure
