I experienced almost exactly the same. Left me 4 days before due date of our third child, told me exactly this (Spoiler: he left especially his children as he doesn’t show up in any way for them) and then told me 36 HOURS (!!!) after I gave birth to our son that he already cheated on me since years! This mf was trying to break me at that point

My Dad left my mom when I was fresh out the womb and I remember my mom telling me that he had left her not us, I think to make me and my sister feel better when we were older. I see now as an adult that he left the family unit. He didn't want any of it.

My husband is currently leaving me with our 5-year-old daughter and a 3-month-old baby. Right now, he is saying that he isn't leaving the children, but he is leaving me! I found out that he is having an affair. He also keeps repeating that it's my fault and that I was the one who pushed him away. The divorce proceedings have been started. I am in hell and i can not belive what is he doing to me and children!

My Dad said when I was six he wasn’t leaving me and my sister who was three he was leaving our mother. Not sure what he thought that meant as I haven’t seen him since I was 8 and I’m now 45.
