Animal Style Loaded Sweet Potatoes ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 [~370 cals 42g protein] - My cookbooks are 50% off to celebrate 2M on insta! Find them in my bio 👀💖 - ✰ 4 sweet potatoes - Brushed with 1 tbsp low fat butter, 1 tbsp brown sugar and salt ✰ 1 large onion ✰ 16 oz extra lean ground beef (96/4) - garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper ✰ 1 1/2 cups non fat cheese (swap low fat if you prefer) ✰ sauce: 1 cup (227g) Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup (90g) sf ketchup, 1 tbsp (15g) mustard, 2 tbsp (30g) sf sweet relish, 1 tsp (5g) vinegar, onion powder salt and pepper 1. Puncture holes in sweet potatoes with a fork then brush with butter, sugar and salt mixture. 2. Airfry or bake sweet potatoes at 350F for about 50-60 minutes or until soft. It sounds like a long time but it’s worth it and you can do other things while they bake LOL! 3. While potato’s are baking, dice onion and add to pan on medium. Cook for about 10 minutes or until they caramelize, stirring in between. 4. Once onions are cooked, remove from pan, set heat to high then cook ground beef with seasonings. 5. Mix sauce ingredients. 6. Once sweet potatoes are cooked, cut in half then evenly distribute cheese, ground beef, sauce and onions. 7. Enjoy! Pro tip: shredded cheese comes with a coating so wash and rinse it to get rid of that for a creamy melt ✨ - Nutrition : Please note that calories will vary based on size of sweet potato. I based mine off an average medium sweet potato. Makes 4 servings (macros for one) 370 cals 4g fat 33g carbs 42g protein
