If you only eat or two large meals a day your tummy stretchs and wants to hold more. If you eat smaller meals more often you need less food at one time to feel full. It is healthier to eat smaller meals more often, not because it gives you more energy.

I've tested tap water, do not drink it. i've tested bottled waters do not drink most of them. The only good ones that I find that are not filled with toxins is crystal. Geyser, arrowhead. And if you have a spring well in your area, get that

all right I test my water and it's 55.4 in the red no thank you I used to work at a water treatment center and I know what goes out no thank you I don't drink water anyway. watermelon water is about all I drink

But that’s the thing…. It’s not “safe” everywhere anymore. Much of the tap water is filled with PFAS and other harmful chemicals.

Honestly I could believe it, but if you're in an area like me, trust me, when I say you don't wanna drink the tap, i know some places out west. They had methane gas leaking into their water. enough to turn the kitchen sink into a flame thrower.

Tiktok has an item that tells you how bad the tap is compared to the bottles and to be honest neither was perfect but bottled was safer than the tap. Only place that has water clean enough too drink from the tap was somewhere in California.
