Have him put his front paws on the hammock while sitting on a large towel. One person holds the hammock steady while two other people hold the towel corners and lift and maneuver him into the hammock.

I’ll bring the door back to its lab something you could climb on steps couple pieces of wood something to make normal level with a hammock and maybe he can get well. Use your own body lay down. Want you to lay down as like human step and let them walk right up to it. You got enough people there.
