I had my first at 41 and I’m now 45 and pregnant with my second. Both were conceived naturally within 8-9 months. So it can happen! But I took many steps to insuring I could put myself in the best position, I lost weight, got my diabetes under control, ate an anti-inflammatory diet and took the necessary vitamins and tracked ovulation using the strips. I really hope this happens for Gemma 🙏🏻
