This has been going on for more than 20 years. I have a whole group of friends that left for Philly in the early 2000s. I like Philly just fine. But if you think we have a lot of homeless people…. It’s next level down there.

It's very subtle, but Philadelphia is a much better-run state than New Jersey. The reason is that they have more of a two-party system. They don't just vote Democrat or Republican, so they both have to work together. The one-party states like New York and New Jersey, unfortunately, just really screw the constituents.

Philly born and raised, almost 50. The younger generation is moving into the neighborhoods that my parents were raised in. It’s nice to see those neighborhoods be revitalized but interesting how my parents couldn’t wait to move to the suburbs.
