I relieved a nurse that told me everybody was fine. As I did my rounds she was getting ready to leave. Please keep in mind I work 3-11 and got there at 2pm to get full report and do rounds. My second room check patient was dead as a door nail a morbid gray color, mottled and stiff as a bored. I walked back up to the nurses station (resident was DNR), and told the nurse she was dead, and the nurse told me THE EXACT SAME THING😂😂😂

One of my sgts was emt before the army. He had several situations like this where the nurses tried to blame him for the death of the people they looked after. Saying they came to late even though they people where dead for several hours.
