My brother is seeing hell in this particular Care is working on he cry’s every day the care home owner children will come in and start insulting bullying talking to them any how after work they will ask them not to go home until like 3 to 4 hours before they will leave it late coming to work again so early they can not speak because when they speak the sponsor, will revoke their visa and the UKVI will give them 14 days to leave it is Morden day slavery

belive me no one in uk cares about us, its been 4 years i am in care and had back pain, bad knee, bad shoulder, getting arthritis in my hands but still I work hard with a big smile on face 12 hours on my feet with 20 mint lunch break in entire day on minimum wages. residents I work for their own family members does not want to look after them as they cant handle/deal with them, got punched, slapped, spotted by residents everyday and all i can document is they become aggited as I know no one will do anything if I raise my concerns I will loss my job and will face safeguarding. their family once a while come to see them and when they come they have nothing but complains.+I am 30+ and cant get marry to a man who is want to just because I am not allow to have a dependent. I can only marry him once I'll get ILR. I am scared will ill become a mother that time when ill be nearly 40 years old with my ILR!!! the colleagues we have most of them make racist comments and asked me why i cant go back !!!! when see the news it make me feels like no one likes me being here, we immigrants are the only problem, they say we taking over their jobs, but in reality i am doing a job which non of them wanna do. govt officials say we cant speak proper english but in reality almost every single carer from us is university pass out!!! working long hours, hardwork and still at the end of the month i struggle to pay my bills.... I cry so many times as it makes me feel like I am just a tissue when the ass is clean throw it in the toilet. no value no worth, nothing.

COS system has been a very flawed system and used as form of modern slavery by most companies. homeoffice didnt think things through when they handed power over a staff immigration status and livelihood to a company. and the face that homeoffice themselves dont do any due diligence when a company reports a staff. they just curtail the visa and hand them 60 days notice to leave the country. its not fair.

People go through alot in employers hands!! Same people taking care of the elderly !! Ukvi do something , someone should not be tired to one employer, give them the right to work anywhere in care but they most work in health care and no other job. Let the cos be given by ukvi and no one company that enslaves people ! Let them be able to work where they’re happy
