spoilers but for people that didn't understand; Rhinedottir was supposed to resurrect the people killed by Ronova within a certain time frame in order to avoid punishment from Celestia. The catch is that the Tsaritsa used the Gnoses to amplify her own powers and slow down time. By doing so, she distorted Rhinedottir’s perception of time, causing her to miss the deadline and ultimately fail to resurrect them in time. That’s why Ronova was stripped of her authority.
