~ මා විසින් මෙසේ අසන ලදී: එක් සමයක භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේ සැවැත් නුවර අනේපිඬු සිටුතුමාගේ ජේතවනාරාමයෙහි වැඩවසන සේක. එකල්හි එක්තරා දේවතාවෙක් මැදියම් රැය ඉක්ම ගිය පසු, ඉතා සුන්දර වර්ණයක් ඇතිව මුළු ජේතවනයම ඒකාලෝක කරමින් භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේ වෙත පැමිණියේය. පැමිණ භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේට සකසා වැඳ එකත්පසෙක සිට ගත්තේය. එකත්පසෙක සිටි ඒ දේවතාවා භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේට ගාථාවකින් මෙසේ සැළ කළේය: "බොහෝ දෙවි මිනිස්සු යහපත (සෙත) පතන්නාහු මංගල කරුණු පිළිබඳව කල්පනා කළහ. (ස්වාමීනි,) උතුම් වූ මංගල්‍යය කුමක්දැයි වදාළ මැනව.’’ “අසෙවනා ච බාලානං, පණ්ඩිතානඤ්ච සෙවනා; පූජා ච පූජනෙය්‍යානං , එතං මඞ්ගලමුත්තමං.." "අඥානයන් (බාලයන්) ඇසුරු නොකිරීමත්, පණ්ඩිතයන් ඇසුරු කිරීමත්, පිදිය යුත්තන් පිදීමත් යන මෙය උතුම් මංගල්‍යයකි.’’ 3/38 ✅ ~ මහාමංගල සූත්‍රයට අනුව බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ විසින් දේශනා කරන ලද උතුම් මංගල කරුණු 38ක් තිබේ.. අපේ ජීවිතයට සාර්ථකත්වය, සංවර්ධනය සහ උතුම් අධ්‍යාත්මික දියුණුව ළඟා කරගැනීම සඳහා අනුගමනය කළ යුතු උතුම් ප්‍රතිපත්ති 38ක් ලෙස මෙම කරුණු කාණ්ඩ කර දක්වා ඇත.. ~ Thus have I heard: At one time the Blessed One was staying at Jeta's Grove, Anathapindika's monastery in Savatthi. Then, when the night was far advanced, a certain deity, possessing a dazzling beauty, illuminating the entire Jeta Grove, approached the Blessed One. Approaching, he respectfully saluted the Blessed One and stood to one side. Standing to one side, that deity addressed the Blessed One with a stanza: "Many devas and humans, wishing for welfare (well-being), have pondered on auspicious things. (O Lord,) please declare what the highest blessing is." "Asēvanā ca bālānaṁ, paṇḍitānañca sēvanā; Pūjā ca pūjanēyyānaṁ, etaṁ maṅgalamuttamaṁ.." "Non-association with the foolish (bals), association with the wise, and the honoring of those worthy of honor, this is the highest blessing." 3/38 ✅ ~ According to the Maha Mangala Sutta, there are 38 noble auspicious blessings (Mangala Karuna) preached by the Buddha..
