Honestly I've been a manager before and if my employee called me and said I'm sorry I just slept for 22 hours as long as it wasn't a regular thing I'd be fine with it. You don't deep that long unless your body is desperate

I hope you unit and manager are just good humans. Shit happens and we clean it up everyday lol. But seriously ive always been a night-owl, when i worked days i had soo much anxiety i would oversleep i just COULDNT sleep lol.
