of all complex minor surgeries, inguinal hernia repair is the easiest, straightforward (since located ultrasonographically). on emergency, a single incision is enough and carbondioxide is very unnecessary (except in robotic medicine). ✌

I had my gallbladder removed out through my belly button and got a nasty infection had about a gallon of pus and they did surgery again and I had to pack my belly button hole with gauze until it closed from the inside out..it was deep in my belly button like 3 or 4 inches into my belly..and used a few feet of gauze every day for several weeks
