Tramal sadly. I am on it at least 10+years and i dont know What to do. I was thinking About suicide but two things stop me. I am not strong enough to do that and i dont want to hurt my mother and sisters even worse. Worst thing is that you can work and be like normal human and nobody will suspect that you také something. And ofc i am not strong enough to go on to rehab or something like that. In my country is still kinda tabu. If you do rhat. People would look at you as failure.
