His acting in this scene was incredible, reminds me of Saul crashing out at Chuck. I know livia was written off of Chase’s mother but Gandolfini played a victim son a lil too well

They were the mob, but she was a beast. She didn't love anyone. Like Melfi said, Carmela was his only good choice in women. He had luck, otherwise he would be stuck with tormented souls like Gloria. I feel bad for talking like this about an old lady, even if it's a show, but like you said, no polite words. The same reason he stayed around her, she was an old woman. Both daughters left her to rot and she never saw a problem in her behavior. But Artie called his mother every day. 😂
