Thank you, I needed to hear this. All this TikTok advice has been going to my head about the guy I’ve been hanging out with for about four months now. I told him I liked him and was getting feelings because things don’t always feel like just friendship between us. He told me that he’s not shooting anything down, he just needs time and I respect it. I know a woman wasn’t so kind to him in the past and really messed up his view on love and dating. So I’m just being patient and it helped to hear this 🖤

I just can’t do the talking to multiple people at one time thing. So I walked away from someone who I really didn’t feel like he was making an effort to get to know me at all so I asked and he is talking to other people too. So I guess that’s it!

this makes me feel a lot better because i’m 25 and he’s 27 but he’s the first person i’ve seriously dated and will likely be my first boyfriend! i was really anxious and eager for a label but he wants to take his time and has nothing but good intentions, and we both feel great about it. it’s been almost 3 months and i know we’re in a perfect spot

I think that’s the thing it’s like what works for you. It’s not so like this or that it’s not so only two ways right like life is different for everybody even something that’s a similar circumstance it’s gonna be different because the people involved are different people if that makes sense.
