I have many clairs and I have medium abilities. Abilities came clearly earlier this year on my 42nd birthday this past march 2nd but as i look back they been there all my life i just didn't know what i was getting and thought it was mental health issues well thats what my caretakers said.

Girl! I just went on a walk and I kept smelling a woman’s perfume and then a males perfume. It kept happening at different spots on my walk. It was so strong as if someone had sprayed it in front of me. I’m still trying to process what it could have meant.

You are definitely not crazy. Spirit lived amongst us , as well as we are spirits walking in flesh. I experience spirits all the time , they talk and show themselves. The ones that makes me feel most uncomfortable is when I’m talking to somone and the spirit of the person shows themselves ( usually if they have a dark spirit within them). I definitely do not like those experiences.
