Honestly I like it, Genshin characters usually have a single animation but his CA has enough effects for me to think of it as a second animation. There aren't many characters with 2 animations in this game

characters animations depend on their KITS/gameplay style, a.k.a. Their role on a team. VESNA has more dynamic and "WUWA"-like animations, because she's a main DPS. also a character that is not meant to be on field, and or somebody that supports another character, will not be seen on your screen for the majority of the time, so they simply don't have as much animations as others, it's that simple, someone that just gives a shield to their team is going to do just that in their animations (Nicole). You also have to take in consideration what role they play in story, he's a researcher, he's not going to be doing a 15 hit combo while flying in the air, unlike someone that's more suited for that which would be VESNA
