Time to switch!! I usually use mild cleansers. My acne gets super bad when I stress out. If you can talk to your doctor, they can prescribe shampoos and acne medication. I use a medicated shampoo, baby number 4 did a number on my skin. I’m so sorry girl 😭 👵

You ain't lying! You hit 30 and bam you start falling apart...especially if you're a woman. I'm 37 and still trying to find the right combo of skincare and vitamins.
