Of course anyone looks great with any diet at a young age. It is the longrun which matters. Someone could drink a bunch of beer and smoke in their 20s. But if they continue up to their 40s-50s they're obviously gonna have worsened results compared to if they stayed away from that. It's also kinda unfair to show his self recorded videos at home compared to fixed clothes, hair and lighting on tv. vegetarianism still includes dairy and eggs unlike the vegan diet, which can cause breakout and inflammation. i would use gary yourofsky as someone who looks pretty good for almost being 60. hes been eating plant based since he was 25. People cherry pick a lot by pointing to one obscure influencer that's on a very taboo diet in a big calorie deficit, as proof of vegans looking worse or aging far greater. But most vegan content creators on tiktok look fine
