In statements, Novo Nordisk says, in part, they are “vigorously” fighting the lawsuits, saying they are “without merit,” while Eli Lilly says in part, it maintains “patient safety” is its “top priority.” Tylenol is also in a class action lawsuit over allegations the over-the-counter drug may lead to autism or ADHD in children when taken during pregnancy.
