A lot of woman's refuges need looking into as staff are absuing there powers and allowing such residents to behave how they want and there kids it's disgusting! They abuse there powers I wouldn't trust refuge workers atall what they put me and my children though! Woman's refuges seriously need undercover investigations x you will get there hun it takes such a long time I feel you inbox is always open x

Definitely an email. You need to send it to their managers. Do you have a DV worker outside of the refuge? You are traumatised enough. I follow your journey and this makes me so angry.

Unfortunately when I was in refuge when problems arose it had to be 2 people going to the staff and complaining otherwise they won’t do anything and all they will do is fob you off 😞😞 I hope you manage to talk to someone higher or move to another refuge soon lots of love xxx

put it in writing amd ask for the email for their boss after the third written request. I used a recording to replay because I was always repeating myself. I also starting talking with them while they ask their usual questions.
