I use the exact same amount of orange juice. I’ll have to try the pineapple juice. Exact same recipe. I mix all spices, garlic, soy and water and mix it up and pour it in. Also, use 1.5 to 2 tbsp honey. I do not add salt. Soy is salty enough lol. Literally cooking it as I watch this and type my response
