everything was right except for Real Estate I would go with the index fund before real estate unless you've got a lot of money to put down in real estate when you're super young you're not going to be able to wealth really quick unless it's given to you most real estate Empires are handed down from generation to generation I'll stick with the index funds and get there quicker
